It's Lady X from Foodfight!, trained on screengrabs from the film, along with materials recovered by Ziggy Cashmere for the Rotten documentary - including book scans, concept art, key art, press materials and that one image of Lady X that was allegedly requested by Larry Kasanoff himself.

Weight her between 0.6-1.0, she'll do 3D, realistic, cartoon and anime just fine. Call her with ffladyx, and make sure to throw in black hair because like all my models it seems to want to make characters blonde unless you specify their hair colour.
