It is Ms. Aoba from Injuu Gakuen a.k.a. La Blue Girl. New and improved - the first VisualizerPro LoRA to not require the hair default colour to be specified (thanks to advice from sendmefreestuffa8246).

Call her likeness with lbgaoba. Weight it 0.8-1.0. Supports the tracksuit, dress, etc. - and malleable enough for other outfits it wasn't trained on.
