Dragon Lord Spike from My Little Pony G5. Decided to make his G5 form since you can't exactly prompt it that well on Pony diffusion models.
This model was trained on mostly screenshots from the show as well as some SFW pictures.
It should be able to generate:
With weightage about 0.8 to 1.
Feral and Anthro (Put "Feral" and "Anthro" trigger words accordingly)

Notes
Model is trained on the base Pony Diffusion model.
This model generates with about 80 to 90% accuracy at least. Didn't really face much issues when generating both his feral and anthro form.
His anthro form looks a little bit like his G4 form from my test, but of course with his designs from G5.
Had some issues where generating his solo model where a POV penis appear. Probably increase the strength of "(pov)" or "(human)" to decrease the chances of that happening.
For anthro models, use "hands" and "fingers" in prompts for more proper human anatomy (standard 4 finger 1 thumb) or "claws" if you want a slightly more dragon (typically generates 4 fingers)
