📝 Ottis Outlaw is an otter with two-tone fur, long white–blue–black side-swept hair, round glasses, red eyes with yellow sclera, blue pawpads and a fluffy chest. He wears an open black shirt, carries a butterfly knife, and acts as a sly street bandit in Skyhaven. Despite his adorable appearance, he uses his charm to deceive others and gain advantages, often ending with someone getting robbed.

Несмотря на свою очаровательную внешность, он пользуется привлекательностью, чтобы обмануть, запутать и получить выгоду, порой заканчивая всё откровенным ограблением.
