Oofuchi Himari is one of the supporting characters from Digimon World: Next Order. An energetic and quirky girl, definitely one that you either love or hate.
The lora functions pretty well with weights between 0.7 - 0.9. Experienced some difficulties with generating hands, but as this is SD 1.5 that's no surprise...
