Scottish Highlands for Flux
A LoRA to enhance Flux's portrayal of Scottish landscapes, correcting several inaccuracies that don't align with the true character of Scotland’s terrain. In its default form, the Flux “Scottish” landscapes include pointy, un-glaciated mountains - an element that doesn’t reflect Scotland’s more rounded hills and mountains - the result of huge glaciers grinding our mountains down during the last Ice Age. The grass lacked the distinct texture and color of Scottish countryside, and a whole number of subtle little things that made default prompts for "Scottish landscape" feel wrong.
To bring a bit of authenticity, I've trained the LoRA on a diverse collection of photos from Perthshire, the Highlands, the West Coast and Hebrides. This dataset included iconic Scottish scenery - rolling farmland, dry stone dykes, winding rivers, and tranquil lochs. The result is a more genuine depiction of Scotland, rich with the atmosphere and unique beauty of its landscape.
