Jezmine from the animated series Conan the Adventurer.
Kudos to Shraffekyu for https://civitai.com/models/527170/jezmine-conan-the-adventurer this SD1 lora brought this character back from the past.
Trained from a few episode screen caps and a surprising amount of high quality animations cell scans floating around the internet.
Only one outfit trained, I did see there is an episode or two with alternates. This does include one alternate, her snake woman transformation from the episode "Once and Future Conan"
For the Illustrious version Illustrious version using lower Step and CFG will help retain the western animation style. Adding "lips" can help as well. Illustrious will skew toward an anime look. Adding "big eyes" or "anime \style\" to neg also seems to help
