Kamen Rider LoRA (Type HIBIKI)

Making this LoRA made me realize how exactly making a Style LoRA was different from a Character LoRA, as the same format I used for the Showa and Ryuki LoRAs weren't working for the Hibiki LoRA. Because of this, I'm going to be redoing Showa and Ryuki before moving onto the next Rider to make a Style LoRA: Kabuto.
