This one has a vibe of highly detailed artwork. Realistic, but in no way photorealistic. High contrast with fine details.
Also it mostly adds a texture to all surfaces, grain/dither/noise whatever you call it. It somewhat makes you feel the image is highly detailed, and gives it a metallic, glittering vibe. Then it has a preference for going monochrome or low color saturation - hence the name, as it's sharp, cold and glittery. Do check the output at 100% zoom. And note that it will probably be lost when using upscalers.
TIPS: Use "monochome" tag to get rid of color, then you can color specific parts, by tagging, like "red lips" etc. There's usually no way to turn it the other way around, if output is monochome, "colorful" will not help, you will need to try another seed.
To reinforce the vibe I had good results using following tags: "realistic artwork" + "detailed background".
Do use the full score tag string: "score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, score_6_up, score_5_up, score_4_up".
Don't use a lot of quality tags. Stuff like "masterpiece", "best quality", "4k", "HDR", usually are counterproductive. "Photo", "photography" plainly don't work, you will get a framed photo as an object in the image instead.
Recommended settings: DPM++ 2M SDE, +/- 30 steps, cfg 4-6.
