The Polaroid camera, originally called "the LAnd Camera", was invented 1948 by Edwin Land when his 3 year old daughter asked him why she couldn't see the photos he had taken on the standard camera.
I was originally messing around with the idea for this for the Halloween contest, but I did get to finish it on time. The idea here is to create authentic looking Polaroid images with text support, in order to indicate what is happening in the photograph. You are also able to prompt things over the image itself such as arrows, pointing to a particular subject.
It will give you a vintage feel from all sorts of eras from the 1940s -1990s.
Best weight is anywhere from 0.6-1.2

How to structure a prompt:
This is a Polaroid photograph from the (choice of era) featuring (choice of subject)
The Polaroid-style border includes the handwritten text " (choice of text) " in cursive writing. wpolaroidf1
That being said, its always easier to just download one of my samples, and then pop them into comfy-ui , then just altering the prompt as you see fit.
This one does implement the use of a keyword "wpolaroidf1".
You can also choose the color, style and type of pen used for the handwritten text. I actually wrote the messages in the dataset myself, so you have only me to blame for the terrible writing. I'm actually really surprised at how well flux was able to capture my writing style.
