As usual - you can use the outfits for any characters (see 8th example pic).
Hands can be very messy. Or maybe i was unlucky. Try to play with weights of your LORAs and different checkpoints.
See example pictures for some help! Note that most of them are Adetailed so your results can be different than mine in terms of eyes and face details if you gonna remix them through civitAi. All examples made with Autism_confetti, some of pictures lost checkpoint metadata because i reinstalled some generating soft.
