You may:

1. Use the model to generate content for personal, educational, and other non-commercial purposes.

2. Modify / fine-tune / make derivatives (e.g., LoRAs/embeddings) if you:

- keep them NonCommercial,

- credit me (see credit format below), and

- disclose that your work is derived from this model with a link back to this page.

You may not:

- Sell, rent, license, or paywall the model, its derivatives, or outputs (e.g., commissions, paid packs, Patreon/Ko-fi tiers, paid Discord roles, NFTs, marketplaces).

- Use outputs in ads, sponsored/affiliate posts, merch, prints, album/book covers, game assets, or any activity that generates direct or indirect revenue.

- Remove license/credit notices.
