I managed to run Controlnet from SD3 to SD 3.5 Medium. I've tried Canny and Depth. It also works with SD 3.5 Large, but I get an error when denoise is higher than 0.4, below 0.4 it only works with imgtoimg. Perhaps you need to choose the parameters.
