"Is someone there?"

In this micro-horror story, a small child awakens to a soft rustling in the shadows and whispers, “Is someone there?” Using a suite of generative AI tools, I crafted the script, visual prompts, and an immersive sound design—excluding human or feline voices—to evoke a tense yet heartwarming narrative. The AI-generated prompts guided the animation’s lighting, the kitten’s subtle movements, and the child’s trembling posture, seamlessly blending fearful anticipation with a final comforting reveal. This project demonstrates how creativity and AI can intertwine to transform a simple idea into a cinematic short that invites viewers to experience both suspense and relief in under ten seconds.
