Warhammer 40K Commissar Outfit - by EDG - v1.0 Review

This is really cool! The uniform looks interesting in all the results and it doesn't seems to affect general quality at all, maybe even improving it!

Artificial eye doesn't really come through so I gave up on using it - I guess maybe it's better with realistic models (and probably me prompting eye color affected it too).
