Tarot cards: The Emperor

Since this project is heading for an all-female cast, the question arises, what to do with the card that is The Emperor.

We already have The Empress, which covers the ancient/medieval fantasy angle. That leaves modern-day or cyberpunk. What is the equivalent of an emperor?

There's no perfect match, but I'm thinking president (whether as in a democratically elected leader of a country, or the CEO of a multinational corporation) is the closest.

As a bonus, the term is gender-neutral.
