WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL v13.0, with inpainting.
Her right hand (on the left side of the image) inpainted fine, but her left one didn't. I needed to copy'n'paste a mirror image of the right hand in GIMP to nudge the model along.
The background took quite a bit of detailing. It could always be better, but maybe this will do.
