They are clearly different images, so going to call this user error on the part of that reddit user.

NB: I did not modify the input to the 'save with civitai compatible metadata' node so the Qwen Ultimate Realism generated image has the checkpoint linked incorrectly on the civitai interface and for some dumb reason it cannot be changed.
