This character is the protagonist “清田澄子(Kiyota Sumiko)” from the Japanese manga “清田さんは汚されたい!?(kiyota-san wa yogosaretai!?)”. As you can see, she is a very classic Japanese high school girl, with a ponytail and glasses.

I know the title sounds terrible, but this manga is not the kind of content you might think. It tells the story of a heroine with severe mysophobia and another character who is very meticulous about personal hygiene but loves to tease the heroine with various, not-so-sanitary little jokes.
