BONUS Post #50 - God Bless Us, Everypony
MERRY CHRISTMAS! TO ONE AND ALL!
In last year's Christmas post I kept the images tastefully erotic and not explicitly pornographic, so for this year I've unwrapped the presents for you. And yes, if you check Pinkie's prompt carefully, she is “holding christmas battle axe”. Any time I do these sets of the Mane Six together, I always like to try something a little different or experimental for Pinkie—that devil-may-care style fits her personality. Often literally I just try something a little wild and see what happens: you'll note the prompt also calls for her to be “sitting on a throne made of christmas presents”, but that element didn't work out. I never expect the crazy things to come through, but sometimes you do get a Christmas Battle Axe.
Also, yes, yes, there is an extra Little Wing in there after the Mane Six. (If you're confused, Little Wing is not MLP, but is @SXCD2719's OC.) I placed Little Wing here because I am a humble, mortal man. And I recognize that in this space, we venerate the sacred bird. Glorious and golden is she. Light and healing falls from her wings. And in the hard moments of our lives, we look back in the sand and see one trail of footprints: chocobo tracks. For that is when we rode her.
So, yeah, I've got a little bird on the brain. Consequently, I included an image of Little Wing staying up on Christmas Eve to give Santa his ‘cookies and milk’, and also some cookies and milk. Seems like a very Little Wing thing to do. Honestly, my friends, I think you should expect more Little Wing to appear on my page going forward.
The very last image is something... different.
It's also non-MLP, but relates to me directly. I don't have an OC. Or I've never had one, anyway. My brain doesn't really work like that. I am devoted to storytelling. I am in love with storytelling. And in that devotion, I can't really separate characters from stories. Like, characters will always be servants of the story, to me. Take away the story, and there is no character. That view is a bit extreme, I know. But that's where my heart sits.
Yet I don't want to give you the idea that I have an inflexible heart, or that I have some kind of severe rigidity in my thinking. Obviously, Little Wing is part of a story: the story of SXCD2719. Even if their story isn't a book, or a game, or a movie. It's the story of a life. And Little Wing's part in that story has a really complex, deep involvement. It's an involvement that does kind of fall outside of my traditional sensibilities.
That's really why I don't—and almost can't—have OC myself. I feel so very disconnected about it, because I am my own story, and I can't find a role in the story for some lesser character to be me. Yet... I'm being encouraged to experiment and explore. And I guess it's a little like learning a language: having this rabbit guy (who is being called ‘Zur’) sort of gives me a way to talk and interact with others that... I simply never have been able to before. It has been a year for growth and learning, so I'm happy to feel new things.
In this way, the image of Zur isn't quite a story, but a reflection. A wish. A feeling. A glimpse of an idea of what I want for Christmas. What I want for Christmas... is a Christmas for you.
Have a wonderful, magical, lovely, special Christmas. Find your dearest people, and tell them you love them.

Also, I know it's been a bit of a dry December as far as posts go. I'm sorry about that. (The last post was the Little Wing post three weeks ago. Sheesh!) There's no one reason why I slowed down; just a usual mix of things. Work is busy. Christmas season. I got a VR headset after months of planning, and have been throwing myself into that. When I've sat down to actually do gens, I've done a lot of Little Wing gens instead of MLP (Little Wing gens which I haven't shared or posted here).
Though, new year, new opportunities. I'll try to get more done and posted. And honestly, this pile of Little Wing gens might get posted sooner or later, too.
