A direct same-seed comparison between version 1 and version 2. Note the cleaner shading look, reduced line weight, and higher perceived clarity. Comparison images were done pre-upscale to emphasize the differences, as it's harder to see the differences after upscaling (though they are still present after upscaling). All images were generated with a config scale of 11 and a mimic scale of 7.
