Noisy, blocky and small pictures taken to 4 and 8 megapixels

Each card shows the picture I loaded, enlarged the plain way so you can compare, and what came back. The square under each one is the marked part up close.

The inputs are my own sharp pictures. I made each one worse first, the way small pictures usually are: noise, a heavy JPEG save, a soft and noisy JPEG, or shrunk to half a megapixel. The workflow only got that file.

Qwen Image 2.1 redraws the picture in tiles with my Restore LoRA, and the tiles are joined: four tiles for 8 megapixels, two for 4. It is a redraw: fine detail is made up to fit, and small lettering can come back misspelled.

About 43 seconds for 8 megapixels on an RTX 5090, about 20 for 4.
