Usually I do NSFW stuff, today I wanted to try out something new for me. I came up with an idea to put some cute furries in dresses on "tasty" backgrounds.

Workflow

Turns out, generating a good backdrop and a character using a single prompt isn't easy at all! For each character, I ended up doing the following steps:

1. Pick and download the background photo (more on that below), process it in img2img to restyle it

2. Generate a separate picture with a character with simple background in the prompt

3. Send the character picture to the Extras menu of A11111 and use "rembg" plugin with isnet-anime module to get rid of that simple white background.

4. Load the restyled background into GIMP and put the character on top of it. Apply "Gaussian Blur" on background, do some very minor fixes with Heal Tool and Brush on characters.

5. Render a soft shadow for a character.
