Note that it might be better to generate with this lora enabled and hires fix (crazy, I know) without.

Hires fix is highly recommended since full body shots plus environment mean the actual space for the character is quite small even for SDXL/Pony, and so the character will be lacking in fine details.

For better controls and more chance of success, seed images are recommended, just img2img with ~0.9-0.95 denoise. Some of the seed image I frequently use are below (just quick doodle in MS Paint really). Brown is recommended since it can transition to other colors easily.
