For those trying to reproduce I was using the DPM++ 2M SDE sampler which was changed drastically in A1111 v1.4. I cannot even reproduce most of my own images. I have had similar images with DPM++ 2M and alternatively with the following option, Always discard next-to-last sigma option which can be enabled in settings.
