The Whispering

The Whispering - a short movie that delves into the bizarre, unexplained, and fantastical possibilities that lie beneath existence. It presents a romantic tale that unfolds within a whispering narrative, inspired by all things weird and wonderful.

The project was developed using ComfyUI workflows from the open-source Banodoco community on Discord. It heavily employs DreamZoom and Creative Steerable Motion techniques, utilising the noospherereal SD1.5 model, with some DoughBot animations and other steerable motions shots all done locally on my machine.

To achieve the Origami look, I applied extensive vid2vid restyling with Lensgo. It required many takes and restyles, but totally love the final look. I stumbled across the bleeding shadows on the letterbox in one of the takes.. the beauty of letting AI be your co-pilot, so decided to re-do every shot the same and redo the entire video :D

The piano soundtrack, purchased from AudioJungle, was further enhanced with cinematic effects in Ableton.
