The QRcode image is the recommended way of inputing your code into the model: Gray (0x808080) background, QRcode with 16px modules on top.

You can have good results with other inputs, that's just the way I intended people to use the model.

The other image show you how to set the controlnet up. You can change the 3 sliders as you wish (these are good starting points), but keep the rest as-is.
