Destiny serves as a demonstration of AI's capacity in Interactive Storytelling.

All of the code / game engine for this game was written from scratch (with the help of Claude.ai 's 3.5 sonnet) and is included in a single HTML file.

All background 'init' images were created with midjourney.com making use of character reference / style reference images.

All of the sound FX and Voiceovers were created using elevenlabs.io

All of the music was made with suno.com, making use of the Extend feature to seamlessly transition to the final cinematic.
One cinematic animation at the beginning of the game was created using https://lumalabs.ai/dream-machine/ (I truly wish I had the time to use more).

The rest of the animations were created locally using animatediff in Comfyui using modified workflows (including the Steerable Motion workflow) from the Banodoco discord community. Some animations were upscaled with Topaz Video AI.

All involved models for animation were downloaded from Civitai.com

The script was loosely inspired by Serial Experiments Lain (1998). An initial draft was created with Claude.ai and was then subsequently thoroughly edited to match the vision.

The code reads a json and has a stylesheet associated, so technically, you could edit this game engine and write your own script with any theme you'd like.

Like all creative work, countless hours of expirementation was involved with every part of this.

Also, (almost) all of the workflows are available in the project zip file (just drag any of the video assets into your comfyui).
