Trying to get a handle on hands (and feet...) and getting inpaint to actually paint people

Now with 5% less fingers and 11% more orange and 43% more post-modernism as well as H.R. Giger to enhance everything.. no idea why. And some OpenPoseSDXL testing to boot - and realizing I just have no idea how my workflow works anymore and I really dislike hands ;p
