A quiet and reserved Lapanya girl, Caitis is the youngest acting administrator for the tower city of Halidol. Pressured to accept the role at an early age, she has set all of her attention to the role despite her lack of experience. Because of this, Caitis has missed out on much of the same social interaction of her peers, leaving her a bit prone to awkwardness and faux pas. She can often be found watching other Lapanya from afar, only to slip away once she realizes that she’s been noticed. Occasionally she will approach a group or individual, often without their notice, and interject a flurry of strange information. At best, this leaves the listener confused; on occasion, it has sent them into a state of panic. With the dark garb of her station, her default neutral expression and intense golden eyes, many describe her presence as “unnerving,” “ominous,” and “genuinely distressing.” In actuality, Caitis is simply eager to participate in a conversation, but has no idea how to engage normally.
