This post sums up some of the entries for the bounty Photorealistic and Flexible (NSFW) by @Astrolab. The idea was to find combinations of models and prompts that produce good pictures of female models both SFW and NSFW. My personal favourite by @KaikiSelim is presented here in the end of my comment. Following the same generation data I got almost every time an excellent result without any further need for polishing. This is only a selection of all the entries, the rest can be found on the bounty page.
Below are my test results of the available models of the character Kikuchi Makoto generated with the prompts and model combinations submitted to the bounty, toning down the NSFW features a bit when these occurred. In some cases I used the 'Face fix' and 'High-res fix' tools of the Civitai Image Generator.
