V33 and V4 comparison

To help demonstrate some of the issues I am getting with V4.0 and V4.2 I have made the below using a LoRA I trained and which has given great results consistantly in V33 but switching to V4.0 or V4.2 with the same settings I get very different looks and odd white "light blobs" on the right side of all images (not just with this LoRA but with any images generated)
