Cubism slider - v1.0 Review
I would say that the title is a bit of a misnomer; this is a style LoRA. A slider LoRA is consistent across weights, except for the thing you're trying to change. If you look at the chest of the robot, it's constantly changing between things. As the weight increases in linear increments, the changes are not smooth. The pose and background also change significantly, more than just making everything into a cubism style, which is not desirable for a slider. If I was reviewing this as a slider, I would have to give it a rather poor score to reflect these errors.
As a style LoRA, it's very flexible and captures the cubism style well. I've noticed across multiple tests that it tends to limit the color palette to basically primary colors once you start using a heavier weight. I find that anything above a weight of 2.2 becomes abstract art more than cubism, but it works quite well. I find that weights in the 0-1 range definitely change the style, but don't always consistently replicating the style of Cubist art until it gets at or above 1.0. As a style LoRA I'm very impressed and pleased with it.
Overall, it's a great LoRA, but has a misleading name.
