This works well for INPAINTING, not as something to add to a model during text2img. When used for text2img at high strength, it basically makes all images come out as pussy closeups.

No, the way to use this is with inpainting and with the model "Liberty" as base. (I have tried other models, but Liberty is consistently best when used with this LoRA).

Draw a mask on the vulva area and use inpainting settings close to what I show in the images beneath. The model needs to "see" a bit of the area around the vulva to understand the composition, which is why "only masked padding, pixels" must be pretty high, and you also need to specify the pose with the prompt. In the example, I prompted with "a woman lying with spread legs, vulva, realistic smooth hairless pussy <lora:realisticVaginasGod_pussy_sdVSGp1S:0.8>"
