The problem is much bigger, but for the start I protested against rating of the first images of my five posts as 'PG-13'. I notified the support team and got a ticket. No answer. Then notified them again, a little bright read stamp appeared in the top right corner: "Under review". Then the support team bot sent me an answer, it is quoted below. It is a non-answer. What used to be "talk to my hand" has become "talk to my bot".
The bot added: "you can also submit an appeal for further review from our Moderation Team Lead". No matter that my complaint was against rating, not removal of images.
In case if anybody is interested, I'm publishing the appeal form here as I filled it:
Appeal Form
The appeals process allows users to request a review of content removal decisions made by our moderation team. By submitting this form, you can provide additional context or information to help us reassess the situation and make a fair determination.

The images I complain about were not removed but wrongly rated: https://civitai.com/posts/6719929 ; https://civitai.com/posts/6569922 ; https://civitai.com/posts/6465349 ; https://civitai.com/posts/3961691 ; https://civitai.com/posts/2820403
Can you briefly describe the content that was removed?
Your bot sent me here, therefore I'm bashing on even as I'm not complaining on removal of content.
I'm protesting against unfair and inconsistent rating. At this stage I'm talking only about five posts, the first images of which are rated 'PG-13' without any good reason.
The problem is much wider, but I approach it step by step.
What reason was provided by the moderation team for the removal of your content?
A standard text:
"Our content rating system is designed to maintain a safe environment for all users. PG content is strictly limited to safe-for-work material with no suggestive elements, which is increasingly more imperative with the rollout of Civitai Green, as it must not have any misclassed ratings. PG-13, on the other hand, includes images with revealing clothing, suggestive poses, or emphasis on specific body parts that may not be suitable for younger audiences. This classification is based on how subjects are portrayed in the images, rather than the creator's intent.
We discuss our content moderation guidelines in our Terms of Service, but we go into further detail with our Content Policies, which includes Frequently Asked Questions from the community.
We strive to apply these guidelines consistently across all content to ensure a comfortable browsing experience for our diverse user base."
Not a single word about what makes my pictures PG-13.
Please explain why you believe the removal decision was incorrect or unfair.
Take a look and judge yourself. Why do I believe that rating of an image of a spoon as PG-13 is wrong?
I don't understand why do I have to prove that my images are PG when they are. No, it goes the other way round. If somebody found a fault in my images, then that person or entity ought to be able to say what this fault is. I've asked several times, no answer. Except the one I referred to above. Do you see in that answer what is wrong with my images?
There's another aspect to it: buzz. People usually browse images in real time when these are uploaded. This is a constant fast stream of images. My characters are from family friendly anime and computer games and other digital media: the Vocaloids MEIKO and Hatsune Miku, Izayoi Sakuya from Touhou Project and Kikuchi Makoto from the anime "The iDOLM@STER". People who are interested in these characters frequently switch to safe browsing and rightly so, Civitai is doing a good buzz traid with people who flood it with porn, some of it extra hard. But 'PG-13' gets cut off too.
In most cases my images are rated down when I ask, but the moment when somebody might notice them who is interested has passed. The rating has become especially strict and rigid this September. Now my posts of 20 images collect less than 10 buzz.
Basically, Civitai is herding the users towards buying buzz for money, creating obstacles to earning buzz by being liked or collected. Isn't that cheeky?
When I click on the image rating button, I choose: "PG Safe for work. No naughty stuff". The wording is nauseatingly woke, but what can I do. The first images of the five posts I referred to above have "no naughty stuff" as you can see yourself. Maybe the oldest of them where Izayoi Sakuya is harnessed in wings might occur to somebody as something similar to BDSM. On the other hand, look at sky gliders. Are they doing kinky stuff up there? No, the multiple straps is to keep people safe, not sexy.
As it seems to me, only people with seriously perverted fantasy can see something "naughty" in these images.
ADDENDUM
I saved my article as a draft and my illustration, composed of three out of the five images I complained about, got rated R: "Adult themes and situations, partial nudity, graphic violence, or death". Either dancing in the street and sitting in a cafe are adult situations or thighs and shoulders are considered 'naughty bits' in Civitai. (The screenshot is in the attachment).
