Catwoman (Selina Kyle) from Batman the Animated Series. This is her appearance from the first two seasons, not the revised and simplified version from New Batman Adventures. I have also included her transformed "cat girl" appearance from the episode "Tyger, Tyger."
I normally try to avoid characters that already have a lot of LoRAs, but there weren't any Illustrious LoRAs of her Animated Series appearance at the time of this posting and a few people expressed interest in having me work on one.

You'll need to prompt carefully to get the appearance you want. There are three "main" triggers:
c4tw0m4n - this is the main trigger. She'll be in her civilian "Selina Kyle" form unless you prompt parts from her Catwoman costume. Those triggers are: grey bodysuit, grey mask, gold belt, black elbow gloves, black boots
halfw0m4nc4t - this is the mutated "cat girl" appearance from the episode "Tyger, Tyger." You can reinforce with the following triggers: yellow fur, yellow sclera, cat ears, nude, tail, no nipples, claws, fangs
fullw0m4nc4t - my own creation. In the episode "Tyger, Tyger" we never get to see what her final form would have looked like if Dr. Dorian had managed to complete her transformation with that third and final injection. I imagine it would be a combination of the catgirl form we see onscreen and the character Tygrus from that episode. She is larger and more muscular, had a more feline facial appearance, but retains the yellow coloration and more feminine features. You can reinforce with the following triggers: muscular, yellow fur, yellow sclera, cat ears, nude, tail, no nipples, claws, fangs
