This is my favorite version, it improves over the eyes of v1, while v3 seems to improve on the colors of v2 at the cost of... hair? The hair of v2 looks great, and natural, the hair of v3 looks like what you'd find in a fashion magazine. Though it's a preference thing, I quite like the slightly messy hair that may even go over the ears of people in v2 better.
