This one was another hard model to work on, thanks to the Dexter's Lab classic combination of awful source quality and complicated design. The episode where she appears the most was a banned episode, and online sources are awful. The problem is her cape, which starts from where you would expect her hair to come from. She doesn't have hair, but the models think she does. Use Strength 1 to generate her accurate look, anything lower and it'll give her hair. Also won't work on realistic styles, which will also give her hair.
