I have a form for requests; check it out if you want to request a character.
The pegasus knight uniform from Fire Emblem (mostly based on the Whitewings). Trained on NAI. Tested at 0.9-1.0 strength.
Add "pkuniform, armor, blue dress, thigh boots" to have your character wear the blue uniform.
Replace "blue dress" with "green dress" to have her wear the green uniform.
500 uploads! Couldn't really think of anything amazing for it, so here's something Fire Emblem-related, at least.
