⚡Glitch Portraits
This LoRA creates striking glitch-art portraits with film sprocket holes, dramatic light leaks, and split-screen compositions that blend multiple exposures or scenes into fragmented, layered imagery.
The effect combines analog film aesthetics with digital glitch elements, adding visual debris like interface overlays, lens flares, and deliberate compositional breaks for a dynamic, experimental photography look.
⚙️ Technical Stuff
Trigger word: glitch
Strength: Go High! 2.0 is sweet spot in my testing (when using Uni_PC_bh2 / Simple)
Steps: 35
Sampler combos: Euler / Beta (lower CFGs like 1.0 - 1.5) Uni_PC_bh2 / Simple (higher CFGs like 1.75 - 2.20)
✅ What This LoRA Is Good At
It can add visual debris, light leaks, film frames, dual/trio blended portraits. Digital chaos.
Helpful prompting:
✅ Glitch (the trigger word!)
✅ Split screen
✅ Screen tear
✅ Filmstrip / filmstrip overload
✅ Static overlay
✅ Ghost duplicate
✅ Who knows what else?
⚠️ What This LoRA Is Not Good At
Regular, boring, perfect portraits. It probably can't be controlled super well, as the training images were very chaotic.
