Brought this workflow up to speed with my latest updates:

Sigmas:

• The old sigma scheduler was set for Krea2. I updated it for this, adjusted settings, and improved choices

Lighting Control:

• Added my ighting control module which allows you to adjust teh directions of light and shadows after the image is generated
