WAN 2.2 AIO Rapid — All-in-One T2V + I2V (4–12GB VRAM / GGUF)

📦 Download & Setup

1. Main Model (Standard VRAM: 6–12GB)

Download from:
https://huggingface.co/Phr00t/WAN2.2-14B-Rapid-AllInOne

File:

• wan2.2-rapid-mega-aio-nsfw-v12.2.safetensors

Install:

ComfyUI/models/checkpoints/

2. Low VRAM Option (4GB)

If you're running 4GB VRAM, use GGUF instead:

Notes:

• Same model, quantized (GGUF) for low VRAM

• Use with the low VRAM workflow

Install:

ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/

3. Required Extra Files (ONLY FOR GGUF)

Download from:
https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Wan_2.2_ComfyUI_Repackaged

You need:

• Text Encoder (scaled)

• WAN 2.1 vae

4. Custom Node (I2V / First–Last Frame)

Required for image-to-video + first/last frame

Install:

1. Download ZIP

2. Extract

3. Place folder in:

ComfyUI/custom_nodes/

1. Restart ComfyUI

⚠️ Notes

• GGUF ≠ checkpoints → always goes in diffusion_models

• Use GGUF only for low VRAM setups

• If something breaks, you're likely missing the repackaged dependencies
