Instantly works - use it, get sectoids straight out of the box! I'd suggest combining it with some sort of face detailer; they tend to be able to actually detect the face, which can make the Sectoid more human and thus like its Chimera Squad incarnation, but it also gets surprisingly close to an ADVENT Trooper, too.

Now, all we need is an SDXL version!
