Still poking my LECO environment, Go check my guide if you want a guide to install it in windows(need an nvidia with more than 8Gb VRAM) and a bit about it's usage. Originally I was really surprised when i didn't find a skirt length LECO and had to make my own. So I was thinking what other low hanging fruits there are that i would find interesting. Either way I think I saw somewhere someone asking about a pregnancy progression LECO and it seemed an easy target.
This LECO require you to add the tag pregnant otherwise it just seems to make the character a bit thicker.
LECOs are manipulated by their weight and normally need no triggers to use it, change their weight like this <lora:Pregnancy_000000100:-1> to make the belly smaller or <lora:Pregnancy_000000100:1> to make it larger, setting it to zero having very little effect on the prompts.
