Trypophobia is the fear of holes and I know there are already some LoRAs available. This LoRA intends to generate skin patterns as if Trypophobia was a skin disease... sometimes with maggots.
This LoRA is based on a set of 18 photo samples and trained with the PicX real model. It can be a little tricky to get realistic results. Have a look at the preview images to get some inspiration.
Use a strength between 0.5 and 0.7 for best results. You can use it with or without maggots. Just add bttrypo or bttrypomag as trigger and add something like "trypophobia with maggots".
