If you are looking for more crisp images, you need to apply less weight on this Lora. It tends to create blurry and especially messy eyes. It does work well with good prompting.
rename the ckpt to pt and it shows up... and works really good.
I think at lower strength it helps to stop the "crazy model handwaving" without the drastic removal....
