When Archie Comics revived a bunch of their Golden Age heroes as "The Mighty Comics Group" in a desperate attempt to cash in on the post-Marvel 60s craze for superheroes, one of the characters they brought back as a rotating feature in "Mighty Comics Presents" was The Web, aka criminologist John Raymond. By then the high camp style of the Batman TV show was in fashion, so The Web returned as a wacky domestic sitcom in comics form, with the semi-retired John constantly fighting with his wife Rosie about him sneaking out to become The Web again.
In Mighty Comics Presents #43 (Feb 1967), Rosie decides that to keep her husband safe, she needs to become a superhero herself, and after some brief training, follows him into action as Pow Girl. Despite her sole disguise being a small mask and putting her hair up a bit, John, of course, completely fails to recognise her.
Despite clearly enjoying her time as Pow Girl, Rosie was never seen in costume again outside that one issue.
"Rosie_Raymond" alone will get you her default 1960s housewife appearance; to put her in her superhero outfit, add "pow_girl_costume, boots, gloves, domino mask, short hair, hairband, black lipstick".
Strength of 0.9 - 1.0 - The superhero costume is sometimes correct, sometimes wildly off - She was in it for about three pages, so I didn't have a lot to work with.
