Tested with some models. It seems to work well. Let me know your opinion.

You can try things like (white kimono jacket), (hanging jacket), (red pants), (red kahana), (slick hair), (red bracelets), (black belt), (white socks) and (necklace) to edit, include, remove clothes.

When doing nsfw, words shirtless and bottomless works well (I usually want to keep part of his clothes or the necklace so it's not only a generic guy :P). Other "naughty" words seem to trigger nsfw well.
