Model intended to create character portraits from Alicesoft's seminal work Kichikuou Rance (sometimes named Brutal King Rance) - trained off the character cards from the game. The artstyle isn't objectively the most beautiful for older games (Elf games tends to be much better here), but it has a nostalgic goofy, 90s anime feel to it.

Two versions of this Lora has been provided - Lite, and Heavy. If you're generating concepts that will be found in the original game (cute, fantasy-themed girls), the Heavy seems better at capturing the style. If you're trying to do something outside of that scope, you might want to give Lite a go - it's less trained but thus more flexible. Or run both and pick the best results

It's likely a rather flawed Lora but give it a go and see what you can turn out with it. I suspect it might not be that flexible, so If you're trying to recreate a character using other loras, it works better if those loras are very well-trained rather than "quick and dirty" ones.

Unfortunately, as expected, it appears that the model is unable to generate coherent text, so the name tag segment of the output will need to be edited by hand. Since the dataset images are upscaled, you probably have to shrink them in order to smooth out the noise of upscaled pixel art. I also wouldn't expect hands to look any good at all.

Mostly tested on Pony - not sure if any other model retains the style as well, test and find out if you want!

Trigger Word: KichikuouRncStyle

Key Phrases: purple background, simple background, card (medium), retro artstyle, upper body

Helpful Phrases: 90s Fantasy Anime character phrases (pauldrons, armor pieces, etc)

Negatives:

Holding Card - Likely due to the key phrase "Card \(Medium\)", this model has the tendency to generate characters holding odd looking cards. If that happens, drop this in.
