Palla (Fire Emblem)

Tested at 0.6-1 weight, for getting the outfits around 0.9 seems to strike the best balance between consistency, and preventing things like artifacts from happening. Echoes, Resplendent, and Valentian sadly are inconsistent as per my own experience, they didn't have much data compared to the others.
